Well, if shes happy with this guy, and you like her won't you want to be happy, so letting her be with this guy is a good idea to do.

Try not to get involved by saying you like her when she has a bf, it could affect the relationship of them, and the friendship of you and her.

Wait untill she is single, and maybe ask her then, or you could if you want to do it romantically, like write it down for her.

But its up to you, if you really loved/liked her, you would want her to be happy.

I don't know if I'm the best person to answer, but if you like her tell her. The fact that she has a boyfriend doesn't mean that she really loves the guy. Besides, instead of being misserable and sit around waiting for some miracle to happen, you should be brave and honest, not only with the girl but with you too. How do you expect her to trust you if you can't even express you true feelings? I can tell you that your friendship with her isn't going to be the same, but at least you will know her feelings for you. Just remember, do what your heart tells you to do!!!
