How can i lose weight?
I am a fat girl! I don't look like it but i am i am 180 pounds n i am 13 years old n i want to buy new clothes soo bad n plus i am going to this trip this summer n i had to be fit! n i want to be fit by May which is my birthday i want to be less than i am,i eat the size of my fist,i always drink water before eating a meal also can something be wrong with my metabolism or anything i want this soo bad! plz help it will make a difference

Depending on what you're willing to spend...you could try a gym, and workout as often as possible. I would try to get in at least 3-5 days, doing cardio, working on your stomach, arms, legs, and butt. Here are some things you can do to get in shape:
Cardio: Try running at the park, or on a treadmill. Do jumping jacks, high knees, butt kickers...anything that gets your heart really pumping! (If you don't know some of these you can look them up...)
Abs: Crunches/sit ups, lemon squeezers, bicycle crunches, leg lifts, and planks
Legs: Calf raises, burpees, squats, lunges,
Butt: Tuck jumps, you can try jumping onto a box because that works legs and butt.
Arms: stick your arms out to the sides of you, and then make small circles, go forward backwards, then raise your palms to the ceiling/floor, and do slow motions up/down. You can also try push-ups.

you're 13, don't worry too much about how you look
but, it helps a lot if you're involved in a school sport, lifting weights with a friend after school etc...
i think one's physique is made in a kitchen: eat less carbohydrates(bread, sugar); less bad fats (chips); more good fats (peanut butter, nuts); more protein(meat, eggs)
eating more frequently will help speed up ur metabolism
you wont see results by May, trust me, but if you continue with a plan and keep urself motivated, results will come 3-4 months down the road
