    Hi there,

Windows 7 will not install Windows Xp drivers, so install you will need to download windows 7 drivers from IBM website. Here's the link

    http://www-307.ibm.com/pc/support/site.wss/product...

Just download windows7 drivers for it if they don't work with you notebook then download windows vista drivers. I am pretty sure the drivers will Work!

You have to install the sound card and WIRELESS device drivers manually. Or one thing you can do is while installing the drivers locate the windows.old folder in your pc where you have installed the windows Xp. Because when you upgrade your system with Windows 7 it create a folder basically know as windows Old folder. After that it will automatically install the driver searching from that folder. I think it will definitely.

Go onto IBM's website and download the drivers for the sound card and wireless. You need to go to a working computer and transfer it too thumb drive unless you can hook up that computer via Ethernet
