If the health care deform only allows for $5000 individual coverage a year and $10000 per family...?
shouldn't we all just open a savings account and keep our own money for health care instead of giving them more than that EVERY SINGLE YEAR?

No.
I am always amazed how many Americans seem not to be aware about the real healthcare issues relying instead on FOX and other sources to spread lies about the healthcare system of the USA and those abroad. I mean, if healthcare in nations with universal coverage is so bad, why do they keep it?
Obama wants to make insurance more available to all and change the system so that it gives the American people value for money [1]. He also wants change so that the insurance companies find it harder to get out of paying for treatment. The system he is proposing looks similar to that which works in Taiwan where private companies are involved in providing healthcare [2].
Obama campaigned on reforming the healthcare system. He said he wanted to make insurance more available and he was elected to do this [3].
FACT - the US has higher death rates for kids both for kids aged under one and those under five than western European countries with universal health coverage [4].
FACT – American insurance companies push up prices and work to stop paying out claims on those they cover [5].
FACT - the USA spends more on healthcare PER PERSON than any other nation on the planet [6].
That means that a dead American four year old would have had a better chance of life if they were born in any western nation with universal health coverage.
If you do not like the policies that Obama was elected to bring in, he can always be voted out of office in 2012. But if you disagree with the facts, please let me know. I am always willing to learn, but please provide proof. None of those who disagree with me have been able to do that so far.

The Budweiser horses are tax deductible for the beer company too. Evil. that's doubtless a lawful deduction, so why no longer take it? The IRS may be very audit-chuffed for conservatives. is this why Romney would not opt for his taxes released? So each and each lawful deduction will no longer be scoured over and made to sound evil he took them lawfully?

I'm confused by your question, and not sure where you got those numbers.
Federal subsidies would be provided to people with incomes up to 400 percent of the poverty level purchase coverage on the exchange. People eligible for Medicaid would receive that, and the income level for that is $10,800 for an individual.
An excise tax would be put on Cadillac plans whose cost is over $10,200 for individuals and $27,000 for families.
If this isn't what you're referring to, please explain.

I have medicaid, it is almost equal to the care i get at the emergency room. If they wanted to cut cost they could have done a few things to do so. Instead putting 15 million more people on a system that is already broken, thats not quality care for everybody thats a paper victory with the same care as people get now with no insurance, emergency room. So like i said it only looks good on paper, it will not solve the problem, but probably make it worse.

You have misunderstood. That is the maximum amount total people will have to pay out-of-pocket per year, not the maximum payment of benefits.
There will be no lifetime maximum benefits anymore at all. That is part of the bill along with no denials for pre-existing condition and no cancellations for getting sick.

i think pelosi was right about one thing. we won't know what we got until we get it. good grief, 5K wouldnt cover my last emergency room visit. i fell down and split my head wide open.i wanted to get sewed up but next thing i know, i'm getting x rays and cat scans and the sky was falling. looking back on it though, it was a serious head injury so i guess they had to check me out good. also i should have negotiated that bill down some. man, hospitals love us straight cash patients!

Where do you make this stuff up at? There are no limits yet, they haven't been set. And besides the public option is for those who can't get insurance and they probably don't have money to save.

That sounds like a conventional plan you're quoting. In fact, when I google it, I get something called, "Avery MyPlan." Not the bill currently in the Senate which has no limits. You are confused.
