Noisy Washer when Filling?

Our Washing Machine has started making a Howling Sound when it is filling. No other Hot Water faucets make the sound..just the ones in the Laundry Room while it is filling. Any suggestions..?

    Another possibility is that the solenoid valve that activates to open the water inlet valve may be having a problem.

    The faucet may not be open all the way, or the fill valve may be sticking, causing a partial blockage.

    Open both rubber pipes hot and cold water clean both ends of pipes try back on

    TURN fill vave totally open!
