What does a blood alcohol level of 286 really mean?
I can't find any real data on it, only information of legal limits as to the content .08, etc.
What would the level of 286 be equivalent in drinks and in regards to .10, .03, etc.

Incognito- A blood alcohol level of 286 = 0.286 mg/dL (milligrams per deciliter), a very high level, way above the usual legal maximum of 0.080 for a conviction of driving while intoxicated. The effect of such levels is approximately between the follow two examples:
200 mg/dL: Very slurred speech, staggering gait, double vision, lethargic but able to be aroused by voice, difficulty sitting upright in a chair, memory loss
300 mg/dL: Stuporous, able to be aroused only briefly by strong physical stimulus (such as a face slap or deep pinch), deep snoring

It's your total amount of blood compared to the alcohol in your system. If you blow a .08 then you have 8% of alcohol compared to your total amount of blood. That is why it is different for bigger people.
