Express, fashionable and mature. Also, they give out coupons regularly, like 15 off of your 30 dollar purchase. This is the only place i've ever found jeans that fit me well because i have long legs. You could try Buckle, they're kind of expensive though. And check the sales rack at anthropologie, because they're really expensive, but they're sales clothes are actually cute and normal sizes at affordable prices that they just don't have room for anymore.

I'm not really sure what else. Forever 21 is really your best bet for fashionable cheap clothes. Just check sales racks, and depending where you live/go there are various regional stores like forever 21, etc.

Check out m and m you might even get a few designer and stuff for that price, not making no promises though, but they are really cheap

In my opinion I would check out TJ Maxx and Target. I get good clothes there that are not too expensive. Sometimes Walmart to but I don't usually find to much stuff there that I love.
