Good Seats Toyota Center Houston?

Question

I'm going to see Alicia Keys with a friend at the Toyota Center in Houston. I've never been there for a concert before. Our seats are Floor A Row 20 Seat 13 and 14. I can't tell from the seating chart if that's a good seat.

Can someone who's been to a show there before give me an idea of the quality of the seats please? Thanks so much!
