Ways to lessen swelling after abdominal surgery?
My doctor says that my post surgery swelling in my abdomen will be re-absorbed into my body naturally. I haven't had any infection or other problems. He says the recovery time varies. Is there anything I could do to speed up the process? Exercises? Vitamans? Special clothes? It has been 4 months and I still feel deformed. Thanks!

ice bag belt grab ice packs and tape it to your belt. wrap it around and after 2 days it will do down in about 5 days
