Security in Airport? Helpp.?

Okay, so my brother has a nebulizer system thing because of his asthma. We're going on a flight in a few days. I know that he is allowed to take it on, but is it possible that I could go thru a faster line (I'm good at security) and just wait at the end for my dad and brother? I don't know if i would be allowed to because we bought our tickets in a "group" (all 3 of us :)) So, would I be allowed to go through a different line in the airport while my dad and brother go through a different line because his nebulizer will likely need extra screening. Thanks!

BTW, a nebulizer is like an inhaler, it emits a medicated steam for approximately ten minutes. It's really important.

I assume that you will all get separate boarding passes. In that case, no one cares that you are all together or not. Pick whatever line you want. In fact, at some airports, there will be someone who directs people to the various different lines to keep then sort of evened out.

With regard to the nebulizer: There is no problem taking it through the security check point. It falls into a category of medical equipment and is allowed. I carry a CPAP machine when I travel; it has a small motor, and I cannot use it on the plane, but that doesn't matter.

I suggest that, when he gets to the security check point, that he take the nebulizer out of his bag and put it into one of the plastic bins by itself. That is what the TSA want you to do with CPAP machines, and I imagine the nebulizer would be treated similarly.

If he has any liquid medication that he uses in that machine, and, if he is taking a container that is more than 3.4 ounces (100 ml), then he should tell the TSA people that he has that medicine so they can look at it. You can take medical liquids that are more than the 3.4 ounce limit - the TSA people just want to know.

hi, cool down! Thai airways is an excellent airline. I purely - repeat - purely fly with them because they're such an amazingly probability-free, smooth, and fewer costly airline. From Sydney, you'd be on a Boeing 777-three hundred that is between the most established used planes accessible. It has a good safe practices list, and also you mustn't be worried. Terrorism is unknown, and would strike at any time. there is not any way you may predict that this particular flight will be struck by terrorists. Terrorists does not objective a airplane with out a reason too. if you're this worried about terrorism, then perchance flying isn't for you. you're able to say a similar for Qantas, yet would that end you from flying with Qantas? for sure not! basically relax, appreciate the flight. Watch some videos (see the link presented for modern-day videos - they have lots extra so now to not agonize!) and performance a great time in Greece. :)

Sure, just get on another line. But if you are going to wait at the end anyway, why not just go with them?

If you are over 18, you can go through any line you want. Are you embarrassed or something? Why would you want to?

I believe if I'm not mistaken I think that it does have a tiny motor that it wouldn't be able to go into your carry on it would have to go into you checked baggage because you will be unable to use it on the aircraft anyway
