Should I say something or not?

Okay, so this is a little complicated :(

About 3 years ago, this girl started liking me, and then fell in love with me. I didn't feel the same way, so we were just friends, but it was kinda awkward..

Then, about 6 months ago (2.5 years later), she told me that she'd finally gotten over her feelings for me.

About 2 months ago, we started talking even more and became a lot closer as friends. About a month ago i realised i had feelings for her. They haven't gone away..

Should I tell her? Would you want to know in her position?

It seems highly selfish.. It took her so long to get over me.. If i told her i had feelings for her, it would probably make her confused..

But i feel like if i don't tell her, i'll regret it for the rest of my life because i'll never know what could have happened..

Any help or opinions would be appreciated :)

And yeah, i see the irony of me liking her NOW as opposed to before :(

Also i should probably mention that when we first met, i liked her a bit.. But then she started liking me and kinda.. Changed when she was around me.. So i stopped liking her..

But in the last 2 months i see the old her again.. If that makes sense lol
