What happened to Obama's promise of 5 days before he would sign any bill?
Over 59% of Americans are against the Heathcare bill, yet DEMS in Congress voted against their constituents and passed it anyway. Then the bill hits THE CHOSE ONE's desk yesterday morning and even though he promised that he would not sign a bill until five days had passed so the people could review what is in it, he will sign it today anyway.

He also promised in his SOTU that jobs would be his number one priority in 2010. We all know how that's working out.

Wait a minute. No disrespect meant. But do you mean you didn't figure that out after all the campaign BS about no more Washington insiders, no more Capitol Hill good ole boys running the show, my administration will look more like Main Street. Then right off the bat, appoints nothing but former Clinton/Bush people to his cabinet, fills Treasury with former FED staffers, gives half a dozen lobbyists jobs in the White House. None of that had you scratching your head over a year ago?

That was Obama being bipartisan. He promised five days in order to hash out any differences. Well guess what - the differences have been hashed out for over a year. He has remained true to the spirit of that promise even though the GOP has tried to block him at every step.
Welcome to the minority.
