when filing for divorce??

we got married before we moved. and we moved 4 hours away. my question is, and i hope that this isnt stupid, but do i need to file for divorce in the county that i ws married in, or can i do it in the current county that i am in?

    Any county will work. Usually you file in the county of your current residence.

    You file in the county where you live.

    You can file in any county of the state you live in.

    i do believe you have to file in the county u were married in. call courthouse to be sure
