"Obamacare" does not provide health insurance. That would have been the public option, which is dead in the water currently.
One aspect of the health reform is *accessibility* to health insurance.
It also says that people who have their insurance and like it can keep it. The Federal employees have a nice insurance plan.

one of the perks of the job is lifelong medical care--
--presidents and former presidents don't use health insurance.
