There's this really cute boy who i have had a crush on since like grade 8.?

I use to be a really shy girl and whenever he would try to flirt with me i didn't know how so i would shrug him off and act like i didn't even like him. he stopped talking to me a bit in grade 9 and i think he finally gave up. in grade 10 i decided i was going to do something about this crush, and he seemed like he liked me in the begining, i always caught him staring at me or my friends would but i was still a little shy. a few months passed and he finally got a girlfriend. i decided i wasn't going to like him anymore and it felt good, but now when ever i see him and his girlfriend i feel sad and a little jealous. next thing i knew we are main characters in a school play and we have a kissing scene, normally i would be pleased but things are ackward cause he already has a girlfriend. but now he kinda seems like he likes me. he picked me as a partner in drama and i am so confused because if I am getting all this attention again from him does he like me? i feel like an idoit for blowing my chance because i was too shy and i can't help but hope that they will break up, even though they have been together for a few months. I know I sound crazy i can act in front of tons of people and i seem like an outgoing person but when it somes to him i freeze up :P. any ideas about what i should do?
