How can the Torys win the election?

With that stumbling fool Dave as their leader and with no policies.

Budding Author is half right. They couldn't have won by Cameron keeping his gob shut, people needed to hear what he has to say, they can't win by default. But unfortunately for the Tories, Cameron has nothing constructive to say about anything, and spends his time negatively telling us how **** everything is. This is a proven losing formula - no policies, and negativity.

It was interesting to see the recent televised debate in Australia, where a new election is also imminent. Their Labour PM is seen in much the same way as Gordon Brown, a bit of a bore and not big on personality. Their opposition leader is seen as young and dynamic, a bit like Cameron, and and expectation of victory surrounds him. Yet in the TV debate the audience were given keypads to rate their words constantly. They seemed to favour substance over style, and consistently from start to finish approved of the PM who stuck to the issues, and disapproved of the opposition leader, who had no policies to offer and resorted to making fun of his opponent.

They actually could have won, if that Cameron clown had kept his mouth shut.

He has spouted so much crap that its unbelievable!

My favourite was his "we must hug a hoody because they don't get enough love at home"!

Another good one was little rant about our debt, and what he was going to do about it, this boiled down to he is going to tax us to the hilt as soon as he gets in that will ensure thousands don't vote for him, tax those that support him and his party, the fat cat bankers etc.

But how stupid is he? We all know we are in debt, we want to pay it off gently and over time not have some demented clown barging in esp' a feller that hasn't got a clue about anything at all.

The moral to this story is I need to move to Australia where the people seem to have more since than in the USA.

    "stumbling fool Dave" ??

Which hole have you crept out of ? David Cameron is well educated and well balanced, his English is well spoken, his speeches are clear and decisive. He is definately cut out to be our next PM,
