I assume that if you can find a job , that you are also capable of using a phone

Congratulations! You have to take the form into the office to let them know you are working. Any money owed you will be payed. If your new boss won't allow you time off to do this, put it through the letter box and they will get it. Telephone them and confirm what you have done.

If you miss signing on your claim will be stopped anyway so it is up to you what you do.

You need to contact them - by phone if not in person.

Send in the papers by post if you can't get to the office.

Err no, if you fail to submit the relevant form to cease claiming then you will find yourself explaining it to the judge

I would give them a ring and explain, failing that ask your new boss if you can nip off early one afternoon and go in to see them
