what does the MSCI EAFE stand for? Also do you have a website on it or any other info? i know its some sort of international benchmark similar to the S&P500

MSCI is the company that created the EAFE index.
MSCI originally stood for Morgan Stanley Capital International. It's now called MSCI Barra.
EAFE = Europe, Australasia, Far East

Honestly, $350 is too little to invest. You can invest in stocks that trade below $5/share, but with $350 you do not have much flexibility.
