Aww, for sure a couple of times but what doesn't kill you makes you stronger. I have been through so much but now I look back and think to myself that it was all worth it even though it hurt at that moment.

The answer is just simple but people find it so hard to do. Use more energy than you consume. Ok so you don't want to go to the gym, but it is not essential to do a serious workout to loose some weight. Maybe just walk the dog a little further, walk to the shop instead of using your car, more / more energetic sex, anything that will use up some energy. If that all sounds like too much hard work then the only other option is to eat less food. Either choose to eat low energy food, or just eat smaller portions of what you eat normally. Its all about will power. If you do these things it will work. Forget stupid 'celebrity diets' or whatever. Notice yourself finding excuses to eat that little bit more. Things like "Well I only had a small lunch so I can have this buiscuit.." Once you can catch this part of your mind working against you, you can fight it and don't accept your own excusses. Just be strong and stick to the changes you make.

Yeah, when my friend was killed in a drunken car accident. That was two years ago, and I know she is in heaven now.
