(Second) Upper Body Workout?
Hey guys,
I've been doing a workout plan I've made up for a few weeks now, and i have plateaued. I have two leg / core workouts that i alternate between, but only one upper body. Since tomorrow is an upper body workout, i was wondering if you have any suggestions. Here's my workout:
Bench press
Inclined bench
1 arm bench (smith machine)
pectoral fly (machine)
(standing) military press
upright row
lateral raise (machine)
rear deltoids (machine)
various shoulder pulley exercises
pyramid dumbbell curls
seated dip (machine)
wrist rolls
This workout takes about 2 hours to complete. Anything i am forgetting or could add? All input is welcome.

that looks like alot of work. i think you are overtraining yourself. try to workout only 2 muscles per day (example: chest and triceps by bench pressing, incline, etc) and 3 exercises each. The sets and reps differ depending on what you want: strength or getting cut. but if you don't want to take my advice, you forgot pushups :D

i read most of them but im not sure if you had wide-gripped front hand pullups, seated rows, think you have mostly all of them.
