Is Coach Callipari slow-playing his hand?

He keeps saying that they're such a young team, and that they haven't been in certain situations, and that they haven't proven anything yet. I bought into it at first, but now I think he's being a pretty good psychologist. He doesn't need his team to get the bighead, and maybe outsiders will keep thinking that they're inexperience is too much of a disadvantage all the way to the NCAA Title! Not a Big Blue fan--just an observation. In fact, I hope they don't because I have K-State knocking off Kentucky in the Final. Thoughts?

Update:

Eric, LOL!

Update 2:

Legdude,

I suppose you're right. It should've been obvious. Cal has an agenda with EVERYTHING he does and says. He's wins Used Car Salesman Award among coaches.

Update 3:

Rita,

That's definitely a 100% bet as long as you don't have to name the school!

he got the experience where it counts: WINNING!

Cats have best record of any of the 16 remaining teams.

Cats have the biggest blowout round 1

Cats have the biggest blowout round 2

I hope he is slow-playing his hand!!

If it comes to K ST (I have them going far BTW) versus Kentucky

I guarantee 100% that the Wildcats win!!!!!!

I thought that was obvious. You are just getting to that?
