Follow this process exactly. Depending on exactly which piece of malware you got, you may not need all of it, but it's better to be safe than sorry:

    1) Download the latest version of MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware from a trusted source on another computer.

    2) Put the installer on a USB key or burn it to CD.

    3) Boot the infected computer in safe mode.

    4) Install MBaM from the USB key or CD.

    5) Run a sweep. Let it reboot if it wants to.

    6) Reboot in normal mode if you're still in safe mode. Uninstall MBaM and reinstall it in normal mode.

    7) Let MBaM update itself. Let MBaM update itself again. (The first time may update only the program. The second time should ensure the definitions are up to date too.)

    8) Run another MBaM sweep. Let it reboot your computer if it wants to.

Restart your PC and press F8 continuously while booting up. Use arrow keys to select safemode with networking.

Start up in safe mode with networking, download Malwarebytes anti-malware, update it, and scan.
