i am getting PISSED everytime i try to open somthing it pops up and wont let me. as in i cant go on internet explorer to delete i cant click start and then click run to delete i cant click ctrl alt delete to delete some one please help me

Follow this process exactly. Depending on exactly which piece of malware you got, you may not need all of it, but it's better to be safe than sorry:
1) Download the latest version of MalwareBytes' Anti-Malware from a trusted source on another computer.
2) Put the installer on a USB key or burn it to CD.
3) Boot the infected computer in safe mode.
4) Install MBaM from the USB key or CD.
5) Run a sweep. Let it reboot if it wants to.
6) Reboot in normal mode if you're still in safe mode. Uninstall MBaM and reinstall it in normal mode.
7) Let MBaM update itself. Let MBaM update itself again. (The first time may update only the program. The second time should ensure the definitions are up to date too.)
8) Run another MBaM sweep. Let it reboot your computer if it wants to.

Restart your PC and press F8 continuously while booting up. Use arrow keys to select safemode with networking.

Start up in safe mode with networking, download Malwarebytes anti-malware, update it, and scan.

download malwarebytes anti-malware and do a full system scan...it will take about 3 hrs....it will try and fix it...if this doesn't help then download spyware doctor crack the software, scan with it..it will fix it...

and i thought i was the only one with that problem. i fixed mine with norton. bought a license. if u wanna try and do it for free then get avg free. it takes longer to check the files but it gets the job done
