Its up to you what kind of routine you form, if any.
Around 30 weeks i started feeling fatigued again so make sure you listen to your body. There are days where you may not feel up to exercising so dont.
Were you active before you got pregnant? Have you been doing any exercise at all during pregnancy?
Basically the easiest thing to do is to start off small and build your way up.
If you were to start walking this could be as simple as going for a 10 minute walk every second day.
You could increase the length every couple of days if you are feeling up to it.
Swimming and yoga are also great during pregnancy.
For me personally im 39 weeks and i have been attending aqua aerobics classes throughout my pregnancy. I attend the 45 minute classes 3 times a week and then i walk 2-3 nights a week for around 45 minutes.
I make a consciuos effort to get lots of incidental exercise- i only use the car if i need to and try to walk everywhere.
Any exercise you do is better than none at all and at the very least should make recovery a little easier for you after the baby is born.
Just remember not to push yourself and keep your heart rate below 140 bpm.
Excercise makes me feel fantastic! Good luck and enjoy your pregnancy

Walking is perfectly fine. The biggest thing is you dont want your heart rate to get too high, you dont want to over exert yourself, and you dont want to dehydrate. My OB said as long as you stick to those 3 specifications, it really doesnt matter what exercises you do. Of course, except lifting too much weight. Your body will tell you when its had enough.

Swimming.
It keeps your body temp regular,
Its easy to move around in,
and is a good workout.
