Left click on the corner of what you want to transfer and move your mouse over the area to highlight it.
Then right click and click copy on that little window.
Go to the ask a question box, put the mouse arrow in the spot you want your entry to land, and right click your mouse, go down to paste and left click it and your entry should be there.

I'm not sure on your meaning of 'move' If you wish to actually move text, then you will have to highlight it by left clicking, then dragging the mouse over the section you wish to move to highlight it,then right click and select cut, that will remove the text highlighted, you can then put it wherever you want by right clicking where you wish to insert the text, then selecting paste.
If you just wish to just copy and not remove the text, then instead of selecting 'cut' select 'copy' in the highlighted text.
If you wish to copy a link.Right click the link to highlight it and select 'copy' you can then place it on here or in email by,again, right clicking and selecting 'paste'.
Hope this is your meaning.
You can practise on this jibberish I've just written.
This is a link to a youtube vid. It's worth looking at for curiosity
Right click on the address bar to copy, then you can place it here or in emails

Highlight what you want to copy. Press the left side of the mouse to highlight, drag the cursor down as you do. When it is highlighted, click the highlighted area, left click and click copy, Go to YA and ask your question. In the answer box, left click and click paste.
