2004 dodge 2500 4x4 quad cab front end clunk?

my father has a 2004 dodge 2500 4x4 that started to have a loud clunk when turning at low speed. all of the suspension and steering parts are new or near new and have been very well maintained. the u-joints have all been replaced including the axle joints and CV joint as well. all bolts have been checked and properly torqued. the vehicle is stock and does NOT have a lift kit in it.

we are at whit's end as to what it is and the dodge dealer here is a bunch of lying fools that could not find their butt with their hands behind their back.

if anyone has an idea as to what it is i would sincerely appreciate the time you take to read and answer.

in advance. thank you very much.

recheck the front u-joints in it if their in a bind that will cause a clunking sound like your describing on it, i installed some on an older model and because they was so tight it made it have a clunking sound in it,it could be one of the parts that was installed on it is bad,i bought a bad ball joint that was brand new in the box,so don't rule out nothing that has been replaced on it until its been thoroughly checked, good luck.
