Where is Heaven, how do we get there?
For people who don't believe in heaven there is no need to answer this.
For those who do, I would like to know where you personally believe heaven is.
a) Where is heaven
b) How do we get there (not "by living a life free of sin" physically, how do we get there)
c) How long does the journey take
Please think about your answer, there is no wrong answer as long as you actually think about it. Remember there is no up, so please don't say "it is above the earth".

1) You're In it, and IT is in YOU
2) Meditate quietly. There is a fountain within. Focus on that.
3) You don't even need to pack a picnic lunch to get there, and it is free.

My opinion:
It is not a physically existing place, it's a casual / subtle space (physically don't exist). Soul after leaving the body get into some existing level (comfortable / uncomfortable). Comfortable one is known as Heaven, and the other is Hell.
Origin of the concept of Heaven:
Heaven is nothing but a belief of ancient religious people. The following link may make you think better

Elysian Fields is also Heaven:
"They told me to take a streetcar named Desire, transfer to one called Cemeteries and ride six blocks and get off at — Elysian Fields!"

Heaven is where God dwells and reigns. The term Kingdom of Heaven was used by Matthew as equivalent to the Kingdom of God by the other Gospel authors. Jesus, when questioned by Pilate, said "My Kingdom is not of this world". Yet in His preaching it was the Kingdom of God He proclaimed. Really, the Kingdom of God, or the Kingdom of Heaven, begins when we become rightly related to the King - Jesus Christ. We become rightly related to the King when we recognize what the King has done for us to make a way fro us to enter into the Kingdom of Heaven. Only the perfect, the holy, the righteous can enter into the Kingdom. Therefore either we must constitute ourselves so by our own efforts - which no man living has ever done; or we must accept God's way of justifying us; acquitting us from our sins, through the atonement of Jesus Christ, who as God's representative for the sinful sons of Adam, died in their place, taking upon Himself the full weight of responsibility for sin and transgression; and having suffered the due consequences of our sins in His body, He died, putting forever to death anything that might separate us from God. Being innocent; God has raised Him from the dead; and bestows the gift of righteousness, peace and life to everyone who through faith receives the message of this reconciliation, as it is written:
"God made him who had no sin to be sin for us, so that in him we might become the righteousness of God."
II Corinthians 5:21
Now, for all who confess Him as Lord, and believe in their heart God raised HIm from the dead, salvation comes, as God removes our heart of stone, gives us a heart of flesh, to hear and embrace the word of God from the heart, becoming born again of the Spirit, and becoming children of God through faith; and co-heirs of the Kingdom of God, and members of the Body of Christ.
Concerning these Paul writes:
"For he has rescued us from the dominion of darkness and brought us into the kingdom of the Son he loves"
Colossians 1:13
So the Kingdom of Heaven begins here and now for all who are subject to the King, through faith.
