Savage Fox model B 12 ga.?
I have this old gun...
As it says, it's a Savage Fox mod. B 12 ga. No serial numbers, so I know it's pretty old, but it chambers 2 3/4 shells and it shoots great. I'm just wondering how much a gun like this would be worth.

I have seen them in the gunshops occassionally. In moderate to good condition, they seem to go for about $400 to $450 or so. If one is in extra good condition, maybe as much as $600.
They are really nice doubles.
A friend that I went squirrel hunting with in High School and college had one in 20 gauge. That was around the early 1970's. It may have been made around 1967 to 1974 or so, so it is likely 40 years old or so. I was secretly in love with it. It was made it in two models -- the Fox Model B, and the Fox Model B-SE. I believe the B-SE was a slightly upgraded model, and may run a bit more.

Try the Blue Book of Firearms Values or look for similar models on gunbroker or gunsamerica.
