What foreign band has a music video of old people acting young?

I think the band's name begins with "Rog . . ." or something. German maybe? It's a band that has really beautiful songs and you can barely makeout the words.

    in Panic! At The Disco's that green gentleman music video there are these old people playing as the band in the prespective of when they get older. if that's what your talking about. :)
