msguard.exe infection?

when ever i try to run a program i see a popup (contained in the photobucket link)

http://i619.photobucket.com/albums/tt277/wiii-iso-...

it also shows up in task manager processes tab by the name of msguard.exe

i managed to close the process through task manager and the program doesnt seem to launch after closing it (i just tested it by pressing ctrl alt del where the program launched everytime i pressed those buttons)

i ran a full computer scan with comcast mcafee and super anti spyware free.

neither came up with any results other than tracking cookies.

i have not restarted my computer since getting infected and i am now scared to (for fear full effects of the infection will kick in after reset)

Is this removable?

If there is any knowledge on this infection, what does it do? (other than bug me with the no disc popup)

    REMOVING MALWARE/VIRUSES/SPYWARE:

Download and install the free version of Malwarebtyes anti-malware its a very effective malware remover, once installed update it and run a quick scan, remove anything it finds, your computer should now be clean.

    http://www.malwarebytes.com/

If you downloaded but are unable to install Malwarebytes its likely the malware on your computer is blocking it in some way, try renaming mbam.exe to a random string of letters or numbers as the malware may be designed to block mbam.exe.

If you are still unable to install or download Malwarebytes try Hitman Pro its far less likely to be blocked, it scans with five different anti-virus engines at once, simply activate the 30 day free trial then once you PC has been cleaned remove it.

if you are unable to get to either of the websites please email me for advanced instructions on how to check your "hosts" file and device manager for malware.

If you haven't got real-time anti-virus software installed on your PC id recommend installing Avast, its free and as effective as paid for software, after installing crank the heuristics protection up to the max and tick scan for PUPs under the web and file shield expert settings for maximum protection.

Superantispyware should remove it you could also try malwarebytes.

If that does not work do a scan in safe mode, it is a virus.

Arfen you are wrong it is a virus.

    it is not an infection

it is errors in your registry.
