What will happen to the Democrats when Republicans pick up more seats in November?

the dumb democrats who voted for obamacare without even knowing what is in it will be a endangered species!! like nancy P, speaker of the house!! her greatest moment on obamacare=i don't know what's in it lets just vote yes and see after it becomes law?? is this as smart as they come or what???

Will the moderates in the Democratic party kick the extremists out? Oh wait, the most extreme elements of the Dems lead the rest around by the short hairs.

The Republicans will pick up seats in the fall, hopefully they will pick up enough seats to win control of the House or Senate?

Republicans will stop voting as a block and not much will change. The only reason that they have had such good discipline is that anything that is popular with their constituents will pass without their help.

2 incumbent Democrats are in races that are leaning toward the Republicans.

3 incumbent dems are in races that are too close to call.

1 Republican is in a race that is leaning Dem.

All other races are safely in the hands of an incumbent.

The Dems will still be in control.

It seem everybody hates congress but most like their congressman.

We will have a president that can’t do anything right or wrong and a congress that won’t be able to do anything and get nothing done. At the same time we will still be in a very deep recession and we will need something done and nothing will get done. The short answer is we will have a lame duck session and that will last till January of 2013. This is exactly what I told my brother in a similar discussion about a year ago.

Hopefully there are enough sane liberals left in the party to change the Democrat party back the way it used to be, and that the Republicans replace their corrupt office holders too. Both parties have to get back to basics, what good is replacing a bunch of Democrat crooks with a bunch of Republican crooks? Either way we will still have unfettered corruption that represents a central agenda, not the citizens.

A forgone delusion is more like it. The voters are in an anti incumbent mood at the moment. This does not mean they are all gone. I am only mildly curious how loudly you will cry if the majority does not change hands at all.

i've been hoping for years that we can finally be rid of the threat of democrats in office so we can start replacing republicans with libertarians... until then we gotta put up with the republican extremists.

GOP is kicking out moderates with their "purity" test, which both Reagan and Bush Jr. would have failed.

Soon, Republicans will have nothing left but their rage.
