Why do Panda Bears, abuse smaller animals...?

I was walking sometime, with some people in some place, and I noticed a Panda Bear "Hitting a Kitten" Why? I asked to myself...

A week later I was walking in a differnt place, at a different time, with the same people, and I Observed another Panda Bear, Beating a small Chinese Child...? Why do they do that?
