I LOL @ Blue + Blue = Blue. Its almost 100% they are going to stay blue. It would be really strange if they didnt and really really rare!

Chances are good since you both have blue eyes. I have brown eyes and my husband had blue eyes. Our daughter had these bright blue eyes up until she turned one. Now shes 2 1/2 and her eyes are hazel. I think it had to do with my eyes being brown. Her eyes are still very beautiful though.

I would say the chances are very good. All babies (as you probably already know) are born with blue eyes, and around 6 months or so, they either change into what color they'll be forever, or stay the same. Luckily, my daughter's eyes stayed the same baby blue.

Brown Eyes are the most rapidly ahead international huge. i'm White (nicely my Grandad is from Afghanistan yet i'm nonetheless fairly a lot White) and that i have Brown Eyes as do maximum English people (the position i'm from.) a good number of folk contained in the middle east have eco-friendly eyes, yet i imagine that eco-friendly eyes and blue eyes are oftentimes cutting-edge in Europe (fairly the Nordic countries.)

Blue eyes is a recessive trait... so if you have blue eyes and so does your babys father they will stay blue... EVERYONE in my family has blue eyes... generation to generation. But only by bro and i have red hair :)... seems like with every generation they keep getting brighter too but that really doesnt have much to do with it haha.

Emi Mac - that is total bullsh*t. Not all babies are born with blue eyes.

Anyways, the chances of your baby's eyes staying blue are nearly 100%.

    Congratulations!

blue eyes are recessive, which means if you and dad have blue eyes, the babies eyes will stay blue.

(you bb, dad bb, = 100% bb babies!)

    grats on your little one!

Blue eyed parents cant produce a brown eyed child, so they should stay that way!
