Are personal trainers evil?
I go back and forth between two and they are both TOUGH. I do a lot of whining and begging but they are immune to my pleas. They show no mercy! Sometimes I can't get out of bed because my abs are so sore. Ouch!

I'm a PT and although I push my clients a little further than they realise they can go (we call it motivation lol) I'm not evil at all - I'm a really nice guy. Well... Most of the time ;-)

A good trainer will be able to push you through your whining. You are paying them to get you fit, why would you want them to go easy on you?

good their doing it in your best interest.think about it if they always take it easy on would you really see results? work hard now see the results faster!
