Savevid.com java applet. Safe?

Is this thing actually safe? I never had this prompt before when I was downloading videos.

I never check the box that says "(Enable 'Always trust content from the publisher' to download seamlessly ın future)" in case it is a spyware or something. Is this java applet a hoax to get in to our computer security?

Scam, the only place you get Java is at their official site--->http://java.com/en/

No site should be asking for this.

Whois indicates site is in Arizona,USA

    http://whois.domaintools.com/savevid.com

They have several other sites that are under review.

@Wide Glide, it isn't giving you java itself, just an applet to be run in java that they created

@Black Bolt, though it seemed suspicious at first, after checking online for some time, i've found that McAfee has declared it to not be a risk, I myself downloaded the applet when getting the HD version of one of the videos, and it worked just fine, Antivirus has no complaints about it and i've experienced no downside, I think you'll be fine with this.
