I think my girl is cheating. How do I tell for sure?

You can't tell. And the whole thing about the left eye twitching if lying or things like that have been scientifically disproved. Just sit her down, tell her your fears and your doubts. Let her know that you are sorry for having these suspicions but that you have to know. She will say that you don't trust her, so you have to make it clear that your fear of losing her is clouding your trust. Also tell her that this is a lesson in trust and that it will ultimately result in your trust growing stronger.

That's assuming that she isn't cheating. If she is, then you can't really know because she will likely try to hide it from you and deny everything.

Doesn't sound good. If she is posting "getting some loving" and you know it's not with you, I would say she must be cheating.

You aren't married to her, probably the best thing to do is find yourself someone else.
