What kind of workouts can I do?
I want to get into shape but I've got a few problems. I live in an apartment and I can't do any jumping around. The people below me work a different shift than I do, and are asleep or their kids are asleep during my waking not-working hours. I can't afford a gym membership fee, either. And I don't have any exercise equipment.
I don't really know anything about fitness. Does anybody know what sorts of workouts to do, or where to find them?
Stats:
Weight: 140lbs
Height: 5'5
Want to focus on:
-abs (lose the flabby middle)
-back (to help with the backpain from work)
-legs (toning)

Situps/crunches. Squats. You can probably jog outdoors. I don't know anything about back exercises.

Do you just want to lose fat? if so then just go out running everyday for 20-30 mins or so and eat healthy and make sure ur burning more calories then your gaining

If you don't have much money then you are a bit restricted, swimming is very good at toning up your body, but it costs.
