Where do I find a form to file ONLY my stateof Ohio taxes?
I have e-filed my federal taxes but need a form to file my state taxes. I don't want to pay to e-file, I can just manually fill out the form myself and mail it in but I can't find it. I live in Ohio. Please paste a link directly to it if you find one!

You can get the forms off the Ohio website. Here's the address:

Incidently, you may be able to e-file for free there too. Check out I-File or eForms at the following address:
