WHO, WHAT, WHERE, WHEN, WHY, HOW. just like a newspaper story. include dates and times of operations. pinpoint the number of volunteers presently and the useful maximum number. find the local needs and how can they be filled by an unskilled volunteer as quickly as possible. find the local charity and hospital volunteer groups, find meals on wheels, look to catholic charities and local churches for their needs.
