Where can I get text to speech software the paid version 4 free?

Im not American or living in America so to pay 4 the payed version will be allot more expensive than if I was in America. I am South African so for $1 it will cost me R7.50 the R represents Rand's

my friend, you can get paid text-to-speech software for free from warez and torrent, but they may contain viruses, also people put lot of efort to create that software, so don't make them fool please....

Instead I'm gonna give you free open sourse text to speech softwares, It also have same features but free of cost.
