convertible car is for around $65 per day, you can get $15 per day for compact car( ford focus, Toyota coralla...) at SFO or SJC, usually airport is cheapest.

Parking is available but expensive in San Francisco. I suggest starting by making a list of the things you want to see/do. Then, using something like Google Maps, identify where those places are. If you will be staying in San Francisco, and if you will be concentrating on the main tourist attractions, you can probably get by with public transportation. But if you plan to get outside the city, you will either have to arrange for some kind of group tour (possible, but not easily done in advance), are else opt for a rental car.

What is the pch? I live in the area and don't know what that means. Someone said it could be Hwy 1 also known as the Coast Hwy but not sure???. Enterprise has lowered rates on weekends. How far are you driving? Enterprise does not have one-way rentals.

First of all, the Pacific Coast Highway technically only runs from Dana Point to Oxnard. But I assume you're speaking of Highway 1.

Corvettes and convertibles are considered "luxury" or "beyond luxury" cars. They run anywhere from $150-300/day. Try any of the larger companies for availability/quotes.
