in my vagina.whenever i tries to walk like i normally do,or on my way to grocery store especially,i feel the stabbing pains going down to my vagina with pressure.als then i feel like something heavy is pressing down to my vagina.so i have to walk really really slowly.i was just thinking if anyone of your mothers have experienced it during pregnancy.on one website i just read its a sign of dilation or your cervix is getting ready for labor.could it be?any ideas and advice.thankyou.

Check with your midwife, she'll be able to check by feeling your belly whether baby is getting ready. Your little one could just be sitting in an awkward place which they love to do! The pressure you feel could be pressure on your bladder rather than pressing down on your vagina. By 30 weeks its getting crowded in there and it'll definately become a lot more uncomfortable for you, as baby will push all your organs into every available nooks and crannys :)

I would go to your Obgyn. That doesnt seem like anything I have went through with my pregnancies. I would get checked out to make sure everything is ok. You could be dilating. Better safe then sorry
