Here you go, jml210 - http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows7/How-do... However, the password is a good security measure to have in place so I do not necessarily recommend removing it.

1. Hold down your Windows key and hit "R" to activate the "Run..." command box.
(or you can just click on Start and begin to type in the search box at the bottom)
2. Type in "netplwiz" (without the quotes) and hit Enter
3. A window calls "User Accounts" should pop up.
4. Uncheck the box where it says "Users must enters a username and password to use this computer"
