Took natural super b-complex?
So i took spring valley's natural super b-complex a couple hours ago and i just went pee and it was like highlighter yellow. Should i be worried or is it just a normal side effect?
Also, it's my first time using it. So is it just a normal reaction since its the first time?

Yes that is perfectly normal so no need to worry. It is from the riboflavin [vitamin B2] content of the pill and is just an indication of some of it having been excreted. The stronger the dose....the brighter the yellow coloration usually too. The better way to take B complex is in a time release formulation because of it being rapidly excreted by the body.....a time release formulation would ensure a more sustained supply to your body. You might like to consider that once you have finished these if you want to continue taking them.
