How would the liberals react if someone made a video showing Obama getting assasinated?

I never saw such a video, and if there is one you should ask youtube to remove it. I won't pretend I liked Bush, and I hated what he did to the country. I hated that he got all those young people killed in Iraq and refused to supply them with the armor they needed. I hated that he had prisoners tortured and law abiding Americans spied on. I hated that he lied to us and ruined the economy. I couldn't stand his arrogance and stupidity, but I never want to see anyone assassinated again. I would have liked to have seen him impeached, but assassinated, no.

I have never seen or heard of that video, so how could I love it? I am not going to click on the link now either. I didn't like JFK, but I certainly didn't enjoy watching him get shot and die in a motorcade. I haven't 'liked' most presidents, but I didn't want any of them assassinated. Not every one is a partisan fool who puts party above country.

hi, i think of the assassination of any sitting president would be a countrywide tragedy. the yankee human beings elect their public officers with the aid of loose and fare elections. Assassinating a president would undermine those elections and our means to be certain the way forward for our united states. you have each and every appropriate to disagree with Obama and his rules, yet you and the terrorists who would dedicate such against the regulation don't have a appropriate to override the want of the yankee voter. i think of your question became in adverse style.

I am socially liberal even progressive. I hated the GWB presidency and believe that it accomplished much harm and very little good.

That said I would have been horrified if our president were to have been assassinated. Like the person in office or not, the person sitting in the oval office is OUR president.

I do not love this video and hate the idea that there are people out their are willing to seriously entertain the idea of killing the president.

I would be equally aghast if such a video was made about Obama.

No group of individuals march in complete lock step, regardless of the stripe. Please moderate your comments. At the very least modify your comments along the lines of "many liberals" or at least "I think most liberals"

I am a liberal & you are speaking for all liberals, do you know me? Do you know any of the liberals I know or do you just make up this sh+t from the top of your head & expect to be looked at as if you are credible. Obama has not started a war, he has not taken billions of tax payers dollars & given them away to anywhere but this country the way Bush did. He has not taken money that was supposed to be for repair to bridges & levees & made that money disappear even after being warned their might be something like Katrina. He did not spend days while people needed his signature, saying it was not really a big deal the way Bush did with Katrina while the local gov. was on TV begging him to give them help & people were dying. If you want to latch on to people lilke Bush who are so guilty & then act like people like Obama who has done nothing but give this country a blood transfusion (stimulus) & done all kinds of thing to fix what Bush did then go ahead. This is your mentality & you will live with those results. There might be liberals who would like the see justice & for Bush to die just like so many others have died because of what he did. Obama does not deserve to be treated as if he has done anything to hurt anyone cause you are brainwashed by right wing media to think bad things about it. You have trouble in your thinking & it shows up in your personal life.

Sorry, but I think this is the wrong way to change things. I totally agree that many, and I mean many of the things that have happened since Mr. Obama has taken office are not good for our country but, to get in the mud and wallow with those that disrespected Mr. Bush is not the way to go about this. I really don't care now what they have to say about our previous President, it is NOW and all I care about is what our present President does for and to the country NOW. We need to be strong, think clearly and work together to rebuild what has been torn down.

To take the conservative stance of recent events. How do we know this film was not made by a conservative to stir up more hate against Democrats? Considering that Republicans seem to be the party of hate. Doubt me? Look at the questions on this site. It would seem conceivable. A definite staged event on youtube does is not proof of anybody loving this type of crap. But aren't these staged events more in line with what Fox has done lately.
