Water backpack for a pit bull?
He is in good shape, goes for walks a few times a day. He doesn't do well in the hot weather but still loves to be outside and go for walks. Is there a good water backpack...he is about 1 and a half....not sure if he wil want to wear it but I was thinking the cold water will keep him cooler and keep me from lugging around water.

Here is a link for one that works well without costing a fortune. We have used it while backpacking. However, be aware... the extra weight will make your canine companion tire out more quickly.

Personal recommendation as a former APBT owner the sooner you get him into classes the better . If the dog has had all his shots he should be fine . When you get him neutered that would more than likely be the best time to start classes wait a couple weeks to make sure the incision has healed fully As far as aggression training and socialization at a young age will help . However you must remember you cannot change genetics and seeing as this dog came from a BYB you have no idea of the previous heritage of the dogs parents . As far as weight pulling forget it if you are taking the dog into puppy training classes as to become a pet then keep the dog as a pet . You do not know about the prior history of the dog . Don't try to do something you know nothing about / weight pulling .
