Opinions on possible trade?

First, I'm somewhat in need of stolen bases.

Here's the potential trade:

Receive:

Kendry Morales, LAA 1B

Matt Kemp, LAD OF

Send:

Kevin Youkilis, Bos 3B, 1B

Chris Coghlan, Fla OF

Other details: 8 team, roto league. In addition to the standard 10 scoring categories, there's also OPS (On-base Plus Slugging).

I think I should go for it, but I would like other opinions before I commit. Thanks for your time!
