Have you seen this video of Michelle Obama speaking about HIV testing?
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=dBJihJBePcs
First of all, when has anyone thought that HIV testing had anything to do with homophobia, and then she says that Kenya is Barack's "home country"!?!?!
Joe, come on, I have never heard anyone say that they would not get tested for HIV because they were homophobic. Words matter Joe. When politicians, or those that speak on a political stage, should be crystal clear in what they say. They should be certain that their words cannot be misconstrued. I am just taking her words at face value. Even you admit that her choice of words is peculiar.

Michelle needs to get her head out of the 1980s. Most people think of unprotected sex not homosexuals when they think of AIDS.

Kenya is Obama's homeland in the same way that Russia is mine (well, a bit more, my great grandparents were from there, his father was from Kenya), she meant "home country" in more of a "motherland" sense. Perhaps not the best phrasing, but nothing scandalous. You're really stretching on that one.
As for HIV and homophobia, the perception (largely outdated, but still around among a few in the fringe) that HIV is a gay disease (which began because patient zero in the USA was gay, Gaëtan Dugas, a Canadian flight attendant, spread the disease rampantly and recklessly throughout the gay populations of San Francisco and Fire Island in New York during the sexual revolution, leading to the situation where most of the early victims were gay men). Homophobia in the US has led to some opposing HIV testing and some have even called the disease a plague on homosexuals sent by God.
Though in Africa, where patient zero was not gay, it never had that perception, so it's a bit of an odd remark, but she wanted to talk to that audience about what Obama has done about the global spread of AIDS, even if the comment was slightly off-point.
NOTE: Dugas was likely not the first AIDS patient in the US, but has was principal among a small group that spread the disease rampantly among the gay population here and in parts of Europe.

WHAT THE? Is she talking about? Does she even know what Homophobia means? She made no sense.
Well Obama's half brother does still live in tiny shack the size of a bathroom in Kenya, says he is ashamed of his Obama name.. Maybe the Obamas want all of us to live in tiny shack here in America too..

uh. she seems to have the same pubic speaking defect as her husband. Regarding Kenya, she didn't flinch. So like the 57 (Islamic States) States he visited during the election their subconscious is betraying them.

She doesn't know much about it. Now, was she lying when she called it his "home country," or did the truth slip out?

Didn't Aids come from butt-humping monkeys?
