How rigorous is the coursework for doctorate of physical therapy?
I just got accepeted to a DPT program and want to know what I should expect and what I should be reading or prepapring for before I go in.
I do volunteer as a PT aide and am looking for jobs but eveyone wants full time...

How rigorous the program depends on your own definition of rigorous and the school that you attend./

there is significant overlap in the two professions. As a generalization with many exceptions, actual scientific care in infants is directed at recuperating the function of extensive muscle tissues in rehabilitation from strokes, fractures and injuries. additionally in infants with specific congenital neuromuscular abnormalities. Occupational scientific care is in many situations directed to small muscle tissues in touch in the overall performance of specific initiatives. protecting a pencil, determining on up small gadgets with the arms, establishing a can, etc. are yet some examples. i won't be able to talk to salaries. PT now demands a PhD.
