Laptop not working properly?
A while ago, I was trying to get a game to work on my laptop that kept popping up with an Error.
A guy on a site said that if you disable you graphics processing unit for the amount of time you were playing the game, then just enable it when your done, it would work.
So, I disabled the Graphics processing unit, then went to restart my laptop, but when it restarted, it had the same look as if you run your computer in safe mode.
I went to enable my Graphics Processor, but the only option was to disable a blank text where the graphics processor would be. I thought that it might work, so I tried it, attempted to restart my Laptop, but as soon as my OS loads, the screen is perminantly black, with no function other than the power button, yet still running. Can someone help me get this back to normal?
I am running Windows XP as my OS.

try loading your laptop in safe mode using F6 button . If you can load in safe mode then go in to it and try the system restore in programs restore it to a earlier time . If you cant boot it in safe mode then try pressing F11 or F12 to do a factory restore. You will be presented with a option to back your data, back your data and continue with the restore. If both of the methods failed then the other option is try pressing F2 during the boot and then enter in to bias menu where you change the boot options and boot from CD. Use your win XP cd and make your system back to work normal.
