2007/08 GMC acadia lights?
Hi, my mother has a 2007 or 2008 gmc acadia, and when you open the doors none of the interior lights come on... could be a potential problem at night and its just a PITA. i've gone through all the settings on the onboard computer and even reset to factory and they still dont come on... any thoughts?

On the left hand side, there is the light selection switch. Near it is another switch that controls the brightness of the inside lights. You press it to pop it out, then turn it. It sounds as though it is turned all the way off.
You could always take it to a GM dealer & ask them...

Whats the DTC????? Just because the light is on, it would be helpful to know what the code is. Also, from past experience, those generic scn tools that Autozone uses DOES not read all the DTC's stored. But it still would be helpful to know what the code is, there are about 100 different codes on any given vehicle

The Uncool 1 is right there is a switch near the exterior lamp control that you can use to turn the interior lamps on and off and adjust the brightness.
